摘    要:吉木萨尔页岩油水平井施工中面临PDC钻头破岩效率低、井壁失稳、螺杆钻进托压严重、扭矩与摩阻大等技术难题,严重影响施工进度。为此,进行了异形齿PDC钻头研制、高性能无土相水基钻井液技术、高效大功率螺杆优选、水力参数设计等技术研究,形成适合该井的水平井优快钻井技术。现场应用提速效果显著,J10026_H井水平段螺杆钻具单趟进尺1 756 m,平均机速11.3 m/h,三开钻井工期35.02天,连创区块多项技术指标,J10026_H水平井优快钻井技术为吉木萨尔页岩油高效开发提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:The construction of Jimusar Shale Oil horizontal well is facing technical problems such as low rock breaking efficiency of conventional PDC bit,instability of borehole wall,serious auger pressure,large torque and friction,etc.,which seriously affects the construction progress.To this end,special-shaped tooth PDC bit devel?opment,high-performance soil-free water-based drilling fluid technology,efficient high-power screw selection,hydraulic parameter design and other technical studies were conducted to form a horizontal well and fast drilling technology suitable for the well.The field application has significant speed-up effects.The single-pass screw drilling tool in the horizontal section of the well J10026_H has a length of 1756 m,an average machine speed of 11.3m/h,and a drilling period of 35.02 days.The efficient development of Jimusar shale oil provides technical support.
