摘    要:针对新场气田深井钻井周期长、机械钻速慢、现有钻井技术影响和制约后期完井和增产的实际问题,深入分析研究了影响新场气田深井钻井提速的关键制约因素,提出了优化完井井身结构、推广应用欠平衡钻井技术的建议。在新型井身结构下优选钻井参数,优化钻压和转速;选用长寿命高效钻头;在消化吸收集成创新基础上,形成了具有新场气田工程地质特征的钻井配套技术。应用表明:形成的钻井配套技术能大幅度地提高深井钻井综合效益,达到了“缩短钻井周期、降低钻井成本、提高钻井效益”的目的。

Abstract:Long drilling cycle, low ROP, restrictions on completion and stimulation due to existing drilling technology are challenges faced by deep well drilling in the Xinchang gas field. This paper made an in depth investigation on the critical impeding factors, and recommended the casing programs helpful for ROP enhancement and completion jobs. And it is suggested to apply UBD, to optimize drilling parameters when adopting the new casing programs, to optimize WOB and RPM, to choose optimal long life high efficiency bits, etc. A whole set of drilling technology for the Xinchang gas field is then developed through adoption, integration and innovation, having taking into consideration the engineering geologic conditions in the Xinchang gas field and the goal of ROP improvement. The field tests show that the matching drilling techniques can largely improve the overall economic benefits of deep drilling, and will be important to shorten drilling cycle, reduce drilling costs, and improve drilling efficiency.
