高压气体流量计量标准装置研制

摘    要:〗随着我国CNG等高压气体应用产业的快速发展,迫切需要提高和确保计量的准确度,因而建立高压气体流量计量标准装置已是当务之急。为此,以国内高压气体流量计量检定能力现状为切入点,对比研究了国内高压气体流量计量产品和检测技术,分析了建立高压气体流量计量标准装置的意义及量值传递框图,选定了高压气体流量计量标准装置拟采用的测定方法和技术指标,提出了关键技术措施。据此研制建立的高压气体流量计量标准装置不仅可以进行高压气体流量领域中相关理论研究,而且还可以直接以空气为介质对CNG加气机系列产品、CNG加气机现场检定装置及高压气体流量计进行检定或校准,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the application industry of high pressure gas, like CNG, the measurement accuracy should be exigently improved and ensured. So the establishment of standard facilities for high pressure gas flow measurement is in urgent need. Therefore, this paper draws a comparative study on the domestic high pressure gas flow meters and inspection techniques; analyzes the significance and quantity transfer diagram of high pressure gas flow measurement standard facilities; selects the testing methods and technical indexes of such standard facilities; and puts forward key technical solutions through the study on the measurement and verification capacity of such flow meters in China. Such standard facilities established therefrom can not only be applied to relevant theoretical researches into the high pressure gas flow sector, but also can verify and calibrate the CNG dispensers, on site calibration facilities for CNG dispensers, as well as the high pressure gas flow meters directly by means of the media of air, so they can achieve favorable economic and social benefit in practical uses.
