摘    要:高纯超细锆英石粉是制造高档卫生洁具陶瓷所用釉料中的乳浊增白剂。湿法超细磨矿是生产高纯超细锆英石粉的关键工序之一 ,它直接影响最终产品粒度分布、中位粒径和白度。本文着重研究锆英石超细磨矿工艺参数球料比、磨矿浓度、磨矿时间及磨矿介质球径的配比等对锆英石微粉产品质量的影响

Abstract:Ultrafine zircon powder with high purity is a kind of brightening agent in glaze for making high-grade cleaning whiteware. Wet ultrafine grinding is the key operation for producing ultrafine zircon power with high purity, and directly affects the size distribution, d50 and whiteness of the final products. This paper lays emphasis on researching wet grinding process parameters for producing ultrafine zircon power, such as the weight ratio of ball to feed material, grinding density and time, and weight assignment with different ball sizes, and their effects on quality of zircon power.
