金属高温蠕变的外应力敏感性

摘    要:本文分析了金属和合金高温蠕交时的外应力敏感性和蠕变内应力之间的关系,表明外应力指数的大小不能代表合金蠕变的微观机制,同时,如果选择适当的固溶强化元素,有可能发展具有较大蠕变抗力而不导致高的外应力敏感性的合金.

Abstract:In this paper,the relationship between the applied stress sensitivity and the internal stress of metal and alloy is analyzed.The results show that the applied stress exponent obtained,whether it is large or small,is unable to represent the micromechanism of metal creep,but if a suitable alloying element of solusion strength is selected,a possible new alloy with high creep resistance and low stress sensitivity may be developed.
