综采工作面停采期间防灭火监管分析

摘    要:若综采工作面停采时间过长,则会出现采空区残留煤块自燃和瓦斯浓度超限问题,给矿井安全生产带来巨大威胁。在广泛调查的基础上,简要分析了综采工作面CO浓度过高的常见原因,探讨了加强监测监控、实施均压防灭火、封堵上下隅角和后尾梁等防灭火监管技术措施,避免了漏风,隔绝了O2,降低了温度,有效解决了采空区遗留煤块自燃问题。

Abstract:If the stoping time is too long in the fully mechanized mining face,there will be spontaneous combustion of the remai-ning coal blocks in the goaf and gas concentration exceeding the limit,which will bring a great threat to the safety production of the mine.On the basis of extensive investigation,this paper briefly analyzed the common causes of high CO concentration in the fully mechanized mining face,and probed into the technical measures of strengthening monitoring and control,implementing pre-ssure equalizing fire prevention and control,plugging the upper and lower corners and rear tail beams,etc.,to avoid air leakage,isolate O2,reduce temperature,and effectively solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal blocks left in the goaf.
