管式锚杆注浆技术在巷道掘进中的应用

对于51505巷道在掘进过程中顶板破碎的现象,采用传统锚杆支护效果差、支护失效率高等技术难题,大同煤矿集团虎龙沟煤业有限公司机掘二队经过技术研究,针对巷道破碎顶板提出了管式锚杆注浆技术。通过实际应用,该技术有效控制了顶板破碎现象,提高了顶板稳定性,降低了支护成本,取得了显著的应用成效。

Application of Pipe Bolt Grouting Technology in Roadway Excavation

In view of the phenomenon of roof breaking in the course of 51505 roadway excavation,it is difficult to adopt the traditional bolt support with poor effect and high failure rate of support.After technical research,the second mechanized excava-tion team of Hulonggou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Datong Coal Mine Group put forward the pipe bolt grouting technology for the broken roof of the roadway.Through practical application,the technology can effectively control the roof fragmentation,improve the roof stability,reduce the cost of support,and achieve remarkable application results.
