CO2气相压裂防突技术在玉溪矿瓦斯抽放巷的应用

摘    要:针对玉溪矿东瓦斯抽放巷瓦斯涌出量高、具有突出危险的煤层条件,选用了CO2气相压裂防突技术进行瓦斯防突处理。阐述了CO2气相压裂防突技术的原理,确定了CO2气相压裂防突技术参数——采用直径为50 mm、长度为2 m的压裂杆;然后在东瓦斯抽放巷布置6个钻孔,在钻场内布置5个钻孔进行瓦斯抽采防突;最后进行现场瓦斯浓度监测。结果表明,采用CO2气相压裂防突技术解决了东瓦斯抽放巷瓦斯突出危险,保证了工作面的生产安全。

Abstract:In view of the coal seam conditions with high gas emission and outburst risk in the east gas drainage roadway of Yuxi Coal Mine,CO2 gas phase fracturing and outburst prevention technology was selected for gas outburst prevention.This paper expounded the principle of CO2 gas phase fracturing technology,and determined the technical parameters of CO2 gas phase fracturing technology:using a fracturing rod with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 2 m;then,six boreholes were arranged in the east gas drainage roadway,five boreholes were arranged in the drilling field for gas drainage and outburst prevention;finally,on-site gas concentration monitoring was carried out.The results show that the technology of CO2 gas phase fracturing and out-burst prevention can solve the danger of gas outburst in the east gas drainage roadway and ensure the production safety of the working face.
