摘    要:员工创造力是煤炭企业加快供给侧改革的基石。D煤炭企业存在员工薪酬增长率远超营业收入增长率的问题,该问题可以归结为员工创造力不足。通过数据分析,找到出现该问题的4个原因,并给出激发企业员工创造力的措施。

Abstract:Employees'creativity is the cornerstone of coal enterprises to speed up supply side reform.D Coal Enterprise has the problem that the salary growth rate of employees far exceeds the growth rate of business income,which can be attributed to the lack of creativity of employees.Through data analysis,this paper found four reasons for this problem,and gave measures to stimulate the creativity of employees.
