摘    要:利用扫描电镜、能量色散X射线谱等,对风电机组大型锻件淬火裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明,淬火裂纹起始位置位于大型锻件中心孔内壁的凸台位置。淬火裂纹是由中心孔内壁凸台处的附加应力与偏析区域在热处理过程中产生的内应力共同作用导致。

Abstract:Cause of quenching cracks in a heavy forging of wind turbine system was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum. The results show that the initial position of the quenching crack is located at the protuberance position on inner wall of central hole of the heavy forging. The quenching crack is caused by the combined action of the additional stress at the protuberance on inner wall and the internal stress generated in the segregation region during heat treatment.
