| 摘 要： | 介绍了多层筛板液体分布器的结构及其分布性能．针对大型降膜蒸发器建立了液体分布试验装置，通过对分布器的测定，建立了降流密度和分布不均匀度之间的关系曲线；发现液体粘度对分布不均匀度的影响不大；提出了降膜蒸发器降流密度的设计参考值．

| Abstract: | The structure and distributed properties-of Multi -- Layer Seave plate liquid distributor(MLSPLD) are discribed. The experimental device of MLSPLD used in large scalefalling film evaporator had been set up. As a result of the MLSPLD is tested,the curves betweenflow density and unevenness of distribution are found. The effect of solution viscosity on unevenness of distrbution is very little. The reference values for the design of falling flow density infalling film evaporator are properly proposed here. |
