| 摘 要： | 通过对采煤机骨架油封处漏油的诊断 ,骨架油封处漏油有 2种形式 ,一种是在孔座与接合面处漏油 ;一种是油封唇口与旋转轴运动漏油。这 2种漏油主要是座孔不良 ,唇部磨损、橡胶老化、油封不良、装配不良和轴不良 6方面产生的。同时 ,制订出解决漏油办法

| Abstract: | Passing to diagnosis adopt coal machine framework oil seal leak oil,and the framework oil seal leak to oil contain two kinds of forms,a kind is in the bore and coalescence to leak the oil;a kind is an oil seal lips the and axis of revolution sport leak the oil.These two kinds leak what oil it is bad to is a bore primarily,and the lips department wear away,the rubber is aging,oil seal bad,assemble bad with stalk bad six aspects produce.At the same time,establish the solution to leak the oil way. |
