湖州市水环境承载力评价

摘    要:基于水环境对社会经济和人口的支持能力,综述了水环境承载力的概念。从社会经济、资源环境和技术管理等角度分析了水环境承载力的主要影响因素并确定评价的指标体系。应用向量模法分析了2000-2006年湖州市水环境承载力,结果表明湖州市的水环境承载力水平较低,但呈逐年上升趋势,评价值由0.0511增加到0.0554。在主要的水环境支持因子中,技术管理因素对水环境的贡献增长速度最快,但自然资源因素是主要的不稳定因素。为了协调经济发展和环境保护,提高水环境承载力,开源节流,提高水资源量是维持水环境承载力的重要途径之一。

Abstract:Based on the earring capacity of social economy and population, the concept of water environment carting capacity is discussed. An evaluation index system was elected through analysing effect factors from social, economy, natural resources and management perspectives. The water environment capacity of Huzhou City from 2000 to 2006 is calculated with victor norm method. The results indicate that water environment capacity in Huzhou City is quite low, but had increased from 0.051 1 in 2000 to 0.055 4 in 2006. Among the water carring capacity support factors, technique and management increased quickly while natural resource is the main unstable factor. It is of great importance to improve the amount of water resource so as to keep the balance of economy development and environment protection.
