RT-5加氢改质催化剂抗氮稳定性研究

摘    要:报道一种含分子筛催化剂经适当地化学处理,能有效地调节催化剂表面酸强度和酸类型,使该催化剂对正庚烷裂解活性增加,抗氮稳定性提高。处理后的RT-5加氢改质催化剂,经中型3000h长周期稳定性试验考察和工业1.5年的正常运转,说明处理后的RT-5催化剂具有良好的活性和抗氮稳定性。

Abstract:By special chemical treatment, the strength and type of acid on the surface of zeolite containing RT-5 catalyst were effectively regulated, resulting in increased cracking activity of n-heptane and better tolerance to nitrogen compound. The 3000 h life test in pilot plant and 1. 5 year commercial operation of tile treated catalyst exhibited its exellent stability.
