核电站用核级板式热交换器的设计与制造

摘    要:针对目前核电站用板式热交换器大型化、高参数化及高可靠性、安全性的要求,以 RCC-M 《压水堆核电厂核电机械设备设计和建造规则》为依据,阐述了核电行业典型的设备冷却水系统核安全3级板式热交换器的设计和制造要点,确保满足核电标准的设计要求,并能够安全稳定的运行。

Abstract:For the requirements of largescale, parameterization, reliability and safety of the plate heat exchanger for nuclear power plant, the key points of the design and manufacture of the plate heat exchanger for unclear power plant is elucidated, which is based on the typical plate heat exchanger for the cooling water system of nuclear security level 3 and the “design and construction rules for mechanical components of PWR nuclear islands RCC-M”, it can be ensured to satisfy the design re-quirements,and operate stable and safety.
