| Abstract: | A teaching model for the designing and machining of non-circular gears is established. The methods and ways for designing and machining this new type non-circular gears are found from the angels of both the theory and the practice, the design specification and application requirements are met, and the production requirements are achieved. The model has a wide application value, and can be used in the actual gear machining, thus the difficult problems in machining the non-circular gears have been solved. |
