比色法连续测定磷矿石中铁,铝的含量

介绍用比色法连续测定磷矿石中铁、铝含量。试样经浓硫酸分解后,在一定酸度条件下,试液中的Ｆｅ３＋ 和Ａｌ３＋ 与７ 碘 ８ 羟基喹啉 ５ 磺酸反应,生成金属—有机配位体络合物。分别在３６５ ｎｍ 和５９０ ｎｍ 的波长下进行比色,测定磷矿中铁、铝的含量。本方法有较高的准确度,具有简便、快速、连续测定的优点。

Continuous Analysis of Fe, Al in Phosphate Rock by Colorimetric Method

The procedure for the analysis of Fe, Al in phophate rock by colorimetric method is that (1) the sample is dissolved with in concentrated sulphuric acid; (2) The acidity in the system is adjusted so that Fe 3+ , Al 3+ react with 7iodohydroxyquinoleine5sulphoric acid to form metalorganic chelating ligand; (3) Fe, Al are determinated by colorimetry at the wavelength of 365 nm and 590 nm respectively. ;
