摘    要:文章针对吊装过程中橇块体积庞大、质量大且载荷分布不均、管线结构复杂、稳定性要求高等技术难点,先从理论上进行力学模型分析计算,随后结合现场情况合理选用吊具及制定出切实可行的吊装方案,具有典型的工程实际参考价值。

Abstract:Considering the unfavorable facts of greater volume, greater weight, unbalance distributing loads, complex piping construction, higher stability requirement, in design of whole package lifting, we analyzed and calculated mechanics model, and then adopted suitable lifting assembles and made practical lifting solution which shown excellent perform in later practice so as can be referenced in similar design.
