出土丝织品固结成分分析以及揭展剂模拟保护研究

摘    要: 摘 要 为了将出土的固结丝织品揭展开来,首先分析了固结物的主要成分,又自行研制出一种针对南京报恩寺出土固结丝织品的揭展剂,通过对固结丝织品滴加揭展剂前后结构与性能的测试,结果表明:在温度30℃、相对湿度70%、揭展时间10 min 的条件下,固结丝织品揭展前后的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、、色差、红外光谱、热性能以及氨基酸含量等方面基本上没有什么变化,此揭展剂可用于出土固结丝织品的揭展。

Abstract:In order to verify the effect of the uncovering agent specifically developed for the silk unearthed in Bao′en Temple of Nanjing,uncovering effect experiment was carried out by spraying the uncovering agent on the artificially solidified silk product.The bonding force of the artificially solidified silk product before and after spraying the uncovering agent was tested.The results showed when the sample after the spraying was placed for 10 minutes at the temperature of 30 ℃ and relative humidity of 70% when compared with the sample without the spraying.and 10 min after spraying the uncovering agent.However,the breaking strength,elongation at break,chromatic aberration,thermal behavior and amino-acid content of the sample before and after spraying the uncovering agent exhibited little change.This means that the newly developed uncovering agent is suitable for unearthed concreted silk products.
