水力挤出消突技术在水井头煤矿掘巷中的应用

摘    要:针对水井头煤矿开采煤层具有严重的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,煤巷工作面推进速度缓慢等问题,根据煤层赋存特点,在掘进工作面实施水力挤出消突技术。通过理论研究确定了布孔方式为三花眼布置、注水孔孔深8m、合理封孔深度3m、合理注水压力12~16MPa、注水孔有效影响范围为1.0~1.5m、注水过程需20~40min,注水量4~6m^3。注水后,瓦斯钻屑解吸指标K1值由0.65mL/(g·min^1/2)降至0.22mL/(g·min^1/2),煤体位移达到60~120mm,卸压带宽度增加了5m,月进尺达到75~90m,掘进速度提高1倍以上。

Abstract:According to the serious coal and gas outburst danger in the mining seam of Shuijingtou Mine and the slow advancing rate of the seam gateway driving face,based on the seam deposit features,an outburst elimination technology with the hydraulic pressing was conducted in the seam gateway driving face.With the theoretical study,the borehole layout was determined as a delta mode,the water injection borehole depth was 8 m,the rational borehole sealing depth was 3 m,the rational pressure of water injection was 12~16 MPa,the effective influence scope of the water injection borehole was 1.0~1.5 m,the water injection process required 20~40 min and the water injection Value was 4~6 m3.After the water injection completed,gas desorption index K1 of the cuttings reduced from 0.65 mL/(g·min1/2) to 0.22 mL/(g·min1/2),displacement value of the coal mass was 60~120 mm,the width of the pressure released zone was increased by 5 m,a month driving rate reached to 75~90 m and the driving speed increased by more than one time.
