针织滚边领延伸性影响因素分析

为了研究针织滚边领的拉伸性的影响因素，选用六种不同性能的针织面料，通过实验研究不同的面料性能、不同的缝纫条件对滚边领的拉伸性的影响。结果表明：面料性能对滚边领的拉伸性的影响较大；滚边领拉伸性与横密、纵密、断裂伸长率呈正相关，横密、纵密、断裂伸长率越大，滚边领拉伸性越好；滚边领拉伸性与纱线线密度呈负相关，线密度越小，滚边领拉伸性越好；同种面料、同一针距密度下，采用单针滚边制作的滚边领要比采用双针滚边制作的拉伸性要好；同种面料、同机针数制作的滚边领，随着针距变密，其拉伸性也越好。

Factors influencing extensibility of knitted piping around collar

In order to find out the factors influencing the extensibility of knitted piping around collars,six knitted fabrics with different properties were selected and used for experiments under various sewing conditions.The experimental results revealed that fabric property had greater impact on the extensibility of knitted piping around collars,which was correlated well with the course density,wale density and elongation at break.The greater the course density,wale density and elongation at break,the better the extensibility.The extensibility was negatively correlated with the linear density.The closer the linear density,the better the extensibility.When the fabric and stitch density were the same,the extensibility of single-needle sewn piping around collar was better than that of the double needle sewn.When the fabric and number of needle were the same,the closer the stitch density,the better the extensibility.
