全泥氰化提金厂工艺技术改造实践

摘    要:从降低生产成本、提高金的回收率出发, 山东黄金归来庄矿业有限公司进行了全泥氰化提金厂的技术改造, 将原有的全泥氰化浸出-锌粉置换与炭浆吸附联合提金工艺改为全泥氰化浸出-炭浆吸附工艺, 同时对部分设备进行了更新改造, 改造后不仅单系统处理能力从350 t/d提高到500 t/d, 而且金的回收率也有一定提高, 运行成本明显下降, 取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Technological reforms were conducted in the gold cyanidation plant of Guilaizhuang Mining Industry Co Ltd to reduce operation cost and improve the recovery rate of gold.The original combined gold extraction process of all-slime cyanidation leaching-zinc powder replacement and carbon-in pulp(CIP) adsorption was changed into all-slime cyanidation leaching-CIP adsorption process,meanwhile transformation and renovation were conducted for some equipment.The production capacity of single system improved from 350 t/d to 500 t/d and the recovery rate of gold increased,which has brought a dramatical decrease in the operation cost and significant economic benefits.
