广东某地铁、铜、锌多金属矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:从主要有价组分、赋存状态、矿物工艺特性,矿物嵌布粒度及结构、构造等方面对广东某地铁、铜、锌多金属矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明,铁矿物以磁铁矿为主且嵌布粒度较粗,为易选矿物;铜矿物以黄铜矿为主,锌矿物以自然界中少见的闪锌矿的同质变异体纤维锌矿为主,且其与黄铜矿、黄铁矿嵌连关系复杂,属铜锌难分离矿石。

Abstract:The process mineralogy of a Fe-Cu-Zn polymetallic ore from Guangdong,including the main valuable minerals,occurrence state,process characteristics,dissemination size and structure of disseminated grains,was studied.The results indicate that,iron minerals with mainly magnetite of coarse dissemination size as the occurrence state are easy to beneficiate,and copper minerals are mainly chalcopyrite,while the zinc minerals are mainly wurtzite,another polytype of sphalerite,which is rarely found in nature,yet,the intergrowth relationship among wurtzite,chalcopyrite and pyrite is quite complicate.This ore can be classified as a refractory one for Cu/Zn separation.
