碱处理∕吡咯沉积制备聚酯导电纤维

摘    要: 采用聚吡咯沉积法制得的导电合成纤维,其导电层和纤维基体之间的牢靠程度较差,以及聚吡咯层本身的均匀性较差。本实验在聚吡咯沉积于聚酯纤维之前用碱溶液对纤维进行了处理,制备了聚吡咯/聚酯(PPy/PET)导电纤维。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和磨损试验观测了聚吡咯导电层得均匀度和牢靠度,结果表明:碱处理过程可以提高导电层的均匀度和与基体间的粘结力,导电性能也得到提高。通过DSC、TG、DMA等热分析实验,分析了碱处理和聚吡咯沉积对聚酯纤维的结构和性能的影响,结果表明:碱处理造成聚酯纤维的结晶度下降,玻璃化转变温度上升;聚吡咯的沉积可以提高聚酯纤维的耐热性能。同时,本实验还优化了聚酯纤维的碱处理条件。

Abstract:PPy/PET conductive fibers were prepared by conducting alkali-treatment before pyrrole liquid-phase deposition polymerization.The uniformity of the coatings and bonding strength were investigated by SEM and wear testing,and it was found that the alkali-treatment can improve the uniformity and bonding strength of coatings,and the electrically conduct capability was also improved.Influence of alkali-treatment and polypyrrole deposition on PET fibers′ structure and performance were examined by using DSC,DMA and TG.The experimental results showed that fibers′ crystallinity decreased and Tg increased after the alkali treatment;and PPy/PET fibers has better thermal resistance due to the PPy coatings.At the same time,this research also optimized the process conditions of alkali-treatment of PET fibers.
