针织阻燃涂层织物的研制及其性能

摘    要: 为了获得具有较好阻燃性能的针织涂层织物,首先对针织物进行浸轧阻燃整理,然后用加有阻燃剂的聚氨酯对整理后的针织物涂层,采用正交试验进行工艺优化,得到一套最优的涂层工艺,面层厚度为0.1mm,面层烘干温度为100℃,面层烘干时间为1min,粘结层厚度为0.1mm,粘结层烘干温度为120℃,粘结层烘干时间为2min。利用此工艺生产具有阻燃性能的针织涂层织物,经测试该织物阴燃时间和续燃时间均为0s,损毁长度为10.5cm。最后对针织阻燃涂层织物进行耐水洗性测试,经过20次水洗后,织物的阴燃时间和续燃时间仍为0s,损毁长度为15.5cm。结果表明:该针织涂层织物具有优良的阻燃性能和耐水洗性能。

Abstract:To get a knitted fabric with better flame retardance,first of all,the knitted fabric was finished by padding flame retardant,and then coated with polyurethane(PU) which contains flame retardant.The optimum transfer coating process is obtained by orthogonal experiment: the surface layer thickness of 0.1 mm,drying at 100 ℃ for 1 min,and the bonding layer thickness of 0.1 mm,drying at 120 ℃ for 2 min.The tests show that both the hidden burning time and continued burning time of the flame retardant coated knitted fabric manufactured according to the optimum coating process are 0 second,and the damage length 10.5 cm.After 20 washing cycles,the fabric hidden burning time and continued burning time are still 0 second,and the damage length 15.5 cm.The results indicate that the coated fabric has good flame retardance and washing durability.
