连续采煤机双巷掘进工艺及参数优化研究

摘    要:为了合理确定使用连续采煤机的掘进工作面最大控顶距,运用UDEC4.0数值模拟软件对乌兰木伦煤矿61401和61402运输巷掘进过程中的顶板活动规律进行了模拟研究,提出将工作面最大控顶距由12.5 m提高到13.5 m,循环进尺由11 m提高到12 m。据61401和61402运输巷掘进实践,介绍了连续采煤机应用于煤巷掘进的连续采煤机—梭车工艺系统、设备配套、落煤、装煤、运煤、清理浮煤和锚杆锚索支护的循环工艺过程。结果表明,乌兰木伦煤矿使用连续采煤机进行煤巷掘进,单进可达到2 000 m以上。

Abstract:In order to rationally set up a max roof control distance of the gateway driving face with a continuous miner,an UDEC4.0 numerical simulation software was applied to the simulation study on the roof movement law during the driving process of No.61401 and No.61402 transportation gateways in Wulanmulun Mine.The max roof control distance of the driving face was proposed to be increased from 12.5 m to 13.5 m.The circulated advancing rate was increased from 11 m to 12 m.According to the driving practices of No.61401 and No.61402 transportation gateways,the paper introduced the continuous miner applied to the continuous miner-shuttle car system,the equipment matching,coal cutting,coal loading,coal haulage,coal picking up and bolt+anchor support circulated technical process.The results showed the seam gateway driving with the continuous miner in Wulanmulun Mine could have a month advancing rate over 2 000 m.
