摘    要:为研究NH3改性对活性焦脱硝性能的影响,利用不同体积分数的NH3/H2O配比作为活化荆制备了一系列的活性焦,采用X光电子能谱(XPS)表征了活性焦的表面化学性质。在温度150℃条件下的固定床反应装置上,进行了活性焦脱除N0试验和NH3吸附容量试验。结果表明:添加NH3改性能够增加活性焦表面0元素和N元素的含量,并且能够明显提高活性焦的脱硝效率;活性焦的N心吸附容量越大脱硝效率越高。试验结果证实了活性焦对NH3吸附是影响其选择性催化还原脱硝反应的关键步骤。

Abstract:In order to study the NH3 modification affected to the denitrification performances of the activated coke,NH3/H2O with different volume fraction was applied as the activator to prepare a series of activated coke.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was applied to characterize the surface chemical properties of activated coke.A NO removal experiment with activated coke and the NH3 adsorption volume experiment were conducted on the fixed bed reaction device under the condition of the temperature of 150 ℃.The results showed that the NH3 modification added could increase the surface O element content and N element content of the activated coke and could remarkably improve the denitrification efficiency of the activated coke.The higher NH3 adsorption volume of the activated coke,the higher denitrification efficiency would be.The experiment results confirmed that NH3 adsorption to activated coke would be the key step affected to the selective catalysis reduction denitrification reaction.
