锑金精矿挥发特性及机理研究

摘    要:研究了锑金精矿在氮气、氧气和一氧化碳三种气氛中的挥发特性, 通过综合分析Sb、S两种元素的挥发行为, 结合焙砂的微观形态分析, 研究了三种气氛中的挥发反应机理。结果表明, 锑金精矿在三种不同气氛下所发生的挥发反应各不相同。氮气气氛中, Sb2S3直接挥发;一氧化碳气氛中, 除部分Sb2S3直接挥发外, 还有一部分Sb2S3被还原成难挥发的金属Sb以熔融态的形式残留在焙砂中, 同时生成COS气态产物进入气相;氧气气氛中,Sb2S3被气相中的O2氧化, 一部分生成难挥发的Sb2O4残留在焙砂中, 另一部分以Sb2O3的形态挥发进入气相。

Abstract:Research was carried out on volatilization performance of gold-bearing antimony concentrate in three different atmospheres such as N2,O2,CO.The volatilization reaction mechanism was studied by analyzing volatilization behaviour of Sb and S,as well as the micro-morphology of calcine.The results showed that volatilization reactions of gold-bearing antimony concentrate differed in three different atmospheres.In N2 atmosphere,Sb2S3 volatilized directly.In CO atmosphere,only a part of Sb2S3 volatilized directly and the rest part was reduced to low-volatile or non-volatile molten metal(Sb) which was remained in the calcine,generating gaseous product COS to enter into gas phase.In O2 atmosphere,Sb2S3 was oxidized by O2,partly being as low-volatile Sb2O3 remained in the calcine and partly in the form of Sb2O3 volatilized into gas phase.
