纳米负离子汽车内装饰面料的制备及其性能

摘    要: 采用轧-烘-焙的方法将自制的纳米负离子整理剂整理到织物上,探讨了整理剂浓度、浸渍时间、焙烘温度和时间对织物释放负离子浓度的影响,获得了较佳的整理工艺:负离子整理剂浓度为30g/L,浸渍时间为10 min,焙烘温度为 160 ℃,焙烘时间为1 min。经纳米负离子整理剂整理的织物能产生较高浓度的空气负离子,且拒水、拒油性都有不同程度的提高,这对汽车内装饰面料的实际应用是有积极意义的。经过反复振动后,产生的负离子浓度还有所增加,当织物平面反复振动达到90万次时,所释放的负离子浓度的平均值为5610个/cm3,为纳米负离子汽车内装饰材料能在长时间内维持较高的负离子浓度提供了实验依据。

Abstract:The fabric was treated with a self-made anionic finishing agent by pad-dry-cure process.The effects of finishing agent concentration,dipping time,curing temperature and time on the anionic ion concentration released from the fabric were discussed.The optimum finishing technique was obtained: anionic ion finishing agent 30 g/L,dipping time 10 min,curing temperature 160 ℃,and curing time 1 min.The fabric finished by nano-anionic finishing agent could release high concentration of anions,with improved water and oil repellency,having positive significance for the practical application for automobile interior decoration.The anion concentration increased with repeated vibration of the fabric.When the vibration of the fabric reached 900.000 times,the averaged anion concentration released from the fabric is of 5 610 pc/ cm3.This study provided experimental basis for keeping high concentration release of anions from the anionic automobile interior fabric within a long period of time.
