从黄沙坪低品位钼铋钨浮选尾矿中浮选回收萤石的试验研究

摘    要:对黄沙坪低品位钼、铋、钨浮选尾矿进行了浮选回收萤石的试验研究。采用一粗二扫浮选回收、萤石粗精矿再磨、精选中矿1和精选中矿2再选、其余中矿顺序返回精选、精矿经强磁选获得最终萤石精矿的工艺流程,可得到CaF2品位为97.36%、回收率为57.23%的萤石精矿。

Abstract:Flotation technique was adopted to recover fluorite from the low-grade Mo-Bi-WO3 flotation tailings in Huangshaping Mine.A process flowsheet including a fluorite flotation with one roughing and two scavengings,a regrinding of fluorite rough concentrate,a reflotation process of middlings 1 and 2 from cleaning process while other middlings returned sequentially to the cleaning process,and a high intensity magnetic separation of flotation concentrate to obtain the final fluorite concentrate,was determined.The CaF2 grade and recovery of the final fluorite concentrate are 97.36% and 57.23%,respectively.
