新型矿用化学注浆材料的研制与应用

摘    要:针对传统聚氨酯类加固材料反应热量和阻燃性限制其应用范围的缺陷,研制了一种反应热量低(最高温度为98℃)、阻燃等级高(无机材料与有机材料结合)、抗压强度高(大于40MPa)的新型注浆加固材料。通过在乌兰矿5767工作面应用效果表明,新型注浆加固材料有效控制了该工作面顶板破碎引起的冒顶和片帮现象,大幅提高工作面回采速度,保证了安全生产。

Abstract:According to the low heat value and the flame resistance of the traditional polyurethane reinforcement material restricted to the application scope,a new grouting reinforcement material with a low reaction heat(the max temperature of 98 ℃),high grade flame resistance(organic and inorganic materials combination) and high compressive strength(more than 40 MPa) was researched and developed.With the application of the new grouting material to No.5767 coal mining face in Wulan Mine,the application effect showed that the new grouting reinforced material could effective control the roof falling and spalling phenomenonna caused by the broken roof of No.5767 coal mining face,could highly improve the mining speed of the coal mining face and could ensure the safety production.
