隔爆外壳爆炸压力测试方法与影响因素分析

摘    要:结合对国家标准GB 3836.2—2010中爆炸压力测试的要求及对大量测试结果的研究,分析了隔爆外壳内爆炸气体点燃产生压力及其压力变化的过程,介绍了爆炸压力的测试方法,分析了影响爆炸压力测试的试验气体浓度、初始压力、气体置换过程与试验工艺孔的选择等因素,提出了相应的建议,同时,对特殊设备爆炸压力测试注意事项进行了阐述。

Abstract:In combination with the requirements of the explosion pressure test stipulated in the National Standard GB 3836.2—2010 and the study on the large test results,the pressure occurred by the ignition of the explosion gas within the flameproof enclosure and the pressure variation process was analyzed.The test method of the explosion pressure was introduced.The test gas density,the initial pressure,the gas replacement process and the test technical borehole selection and other factors affected to the explosion pressure test was analyzed and the related proposals were provided.Meanwhile the special noted items of the explosion pressure test for the special equipment were stressed.
