福建某高硫、低品位复杂多金属矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:福建某高硫低品位复杂多金属铅锌硫化矿的硫含量高达25.40%,铅锌品位很低,有用矿物产出形式较为复杂,交代穿插现象多见,嵌布粒度分布不均。经研究探索后,采用阶段磨矿阶段浮选流程,铅、锌、硫依次优先浮选。确定了合适的工艺流程和合理的药剂制度,第一段磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占85.74%,获得铅锌粗精矿;铅锌粗精矿分别再磨至-0.045 mm粒级占90%左右,铅回路采用一粗、四精、二扫流程,锌回路采用一粗、四精、二扫,硫回路采用一粗、一精工艺流程,小型闭路流程试验获得了铅品位42.13%,回收率64.25%的铅精矿,铅精矿中含锌5.47%;锌矿物锌品位40.27%,回收率61.07%,锌精矿中含铅1.07%,硫精矿硫品位为43.31%,回收率为85.48%,硫精矿中含铅锌分别为0.14%和0.58%。

Abstract:The sulfur content in a low-grade complex polymetallic Pb-Zn sulfide ore from Fujian is as high as 25.40%,while the grade of lead and zinc is very low,and the output forms of valuable minerals are complicated in the light of the metasomatism-penetration phenomena and the maldistribution of disseminated size.After an experimental comparison,a flow with processes of stage grinding,stage flotation,and sequential selective flotation of lead,zinc and sulfur,was adopted and rational reagent system was determined.Pb-Zn rough concentrate can be collected after the first-stage of grinding with the fineness of-0.074 mm fraction as 85.74%,then,it was treated by regrinding with the fineness of-0.045 mm fraction around 90%.Both the lead and the zinc flotation circuit consist of one roughing,four cleaning and two scavenging,while the sulfur flotation circuit consists of one roughing and one cleaning.According to the closed-circuit test,a lead concentrate with zinc content of 5.47% and with lead grade and recovery of 42.13% and 64.25%,respectively,a zinc concentrate with lead content of 1.07% and with zinc grade and recovery of 40.27% and 61.07%,respectively,and a sulfur concentrate with lead content of 0.14%,zinc content of 0.58% and with sulfur grade and recovery of 43.31% and 85.48%,respectively,can be obtained.
