摘    要:研究了混合脂肪酸在白钨矿与萤石、方解石分离中的作用。与单用油酸钠相比,油酸钠与正辛酸钠、月桂酸钠、硬脂酸钠组合使用后,药剂对白钨矿、萤石的捕收能力显著增强,对方解石的捕收能力变差。以组合药剂为捕收剂,添加水玻璃后,白钨矿与萤石、方解石的可浮性差异显著。通过矿物接触角、表面张力测量,初步探讨了混合脂肪酸在白钨矿与萤石、方解石分离中的作用机理。

Abstract:The effect of mixed fatty acids on the separation of scheelite from fluorite and calcite was studied.When sodium oleate was used combining with sodium n-octanoate,sodium laurate and sodium stearate,compared with being used individually,the collecting capacity on scheelite and fluorite could be significantly strengthened,while the floatability of calcite was weakened.With mixed fatty acids as the collector and sodium silicate as the depressant,the floatability of scheelite,fluorite and calcite showed obviously different.The action mechanism of mixed fatty acids on the separation of these minerals was studied preliminarily by analyzing the contact angle and surface tension.
