摘    要: 本研究从目前消防战斗服上装的结构参数入手分析其结构特点,结合消防服的静态和动态穿着效果,探讨其在结构方面存在的问题。依据三维测量所得的人体动态变形情况和对消防服的运动功能性和防护性要求,对衣身、衣袖结构提出改进方案,具体包括:减少前后袖窿差、抬高袖窿线、增加袖底插片宽度以及在后袖缝增设褶裥等。按照改进方案进行样衣试制并进行穿着对比,实验表明采用结构补偿方法能够使消防服上装的遮蔽防护性能得到明显改善。

Abstract:The problems exist in the structure of the top wear of firefighting suit are discussed through analyzing its structural parameters and features as well as static and dynamic wear effect.Based on the dynamic data from 3-D body scanning and the mobile and protective requirements of firefighting suit,modification suggestions are set forth for the structures of body and sleeves.To be specific,that is to reduce the margin of armhole height,raise the armhole line,increase the width of the godet under the sleeve bottom,and add pleats on the back sleeve seams.According to the adjustment methods,the sample garments are constructed,and the comparative experiments show that the covering and protective functions of the top wear sample are improved significantly.
