摘    要:为了探索茶多酚在纺织品中的染色性能与抗紫外功能,分别采用硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜及硫酸铝钾三种不同的媒染剂,以后媒法将高纯度的茶多酚用于蚕丝织物的染色。研究结果表明,蚕丝色泽因媒染剂而异,茶多酚用于蚕丝染色,具有较好的提升性。牢度试验过程中,染色品发生了较大的色变,特别是亚铁盐作媒染剂所获得的染色品,但是对各种组分纤维的沾色甚微,且在它们最大的吸收波长处,样品的表观色深值均有所提高。通过对染色产品进行紫外透射曲线的测定,发现染色产品具有较好的抗紫外性能。在相同的茶多酚质量浓度和金属离子含量条件下,亚铁盐媒染的蚕丝在紫外A 波段具有最好的抗紫外性能,其次是铜盐及铝盐,而三种媒染剂在紫外B和C波段的抗紫外性能则相近。

Abstract:In order to study the dyeing and anti-ultraviolet properties of tea polyphenol(TP) on fabrics,the high-purity tea polyphenol was applied to silk by post-mordanting method using ferrous sulfate,copper sulfate and potassium aluminum sulfate as mordant,respectively.The study results showed that the shade of the silk varied with mordants,and the dyeing of silk with tea polyphenol exhibited good build-up property.During washing fastness test,color change was significant,in particular with ferrous salt,but the staining on adjacent fibers was slight whilst the apparent color depth at their maximum absorbent wavelength for all samples was increased.By measurement of ultraviolet transmittance curve of the dyed silk,it was observed that the silk dyed with tea polyphenol showed desirable anti-ultraviolet property.Under the same mass concentration of tea polyphenol and the same amounts of metal ion,the silk with ferrous salt mordant produced the best anti-ultraviolet property at ultraviolet band A,followed by copper and aluminum salt.And all of the three kinds of mordants displayed similar anti-ultraviolet property at ultraviolet bands B and C.
