磁化焙烧-磁选-反浮选工艺回收选金尾矿中铁的试验研究

摘    要:对某含铁35.11%的选金尾矿进行了磁化焙烧-磁选-反浮选工艺回收铁的试验研究。焙烧温度750 ℃, 焙烧时间45 min, 磁选场强144 kA/m, 反浮选十二胺用量350 g/t条件下, 获得了产率为34.39%、品位为56.73%、铁回收率为55.57%的铁精矿, 为回收该类尾矿提供了新的工艺方法。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to recover iron from gold ore tailings with an iron content of 35.11% by adopting magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation-reverse flotation technology,and an iron concentrate with a yield of 34.39%,and an iron grade and recovery of 56.73% and 55.57%,respectively,was produced at a roasting temperature of 750 ℃,a roasting time of 45 minutes,a magnetic field intensity of 144 kA/m,and a consumption of laurylamine for reverse flotation of 350 g/t.This can be regarded as a new technological solution for utilization of these gold ore tailings.
