摘    要:将普通粘胶纤维织物,选择合适的阻燃剂和浸渍工艺进行浸渍,在一定温度场中进行炭化处理,制得具有优良阻燃性能和一定力学性能的防火织物。考察了处理工艺中温度?时间?张力三个因素对防火织物的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响,找到最优化方案,使所得的粘胶防火织物综合性能最好?结果证明采用有机硅复合催化剂,当处理工艺为温度240 ℃、时间42 min、张力3.92 N时,制得的织物性能最佳 。

Abstract:A type of fireproof fabric with both excellent fire retardant and good mechanical properties was prepared by dipping ordinary viscose fabric in a bath containing suitable fire retardant via suitable impregnation process and carbonizing at a certain temperature.Quadratic general rotation combination design method was used to arrange experiments and the effects of processing temperature,time and tension on the tensile breaking strength in warp or weft directions,abrasion resistance as well as limiting oxygen index(LOI) of the fireproof fabric were investigated.Relevant regression equations of different indexes were established and the optimized process parameters were determined.Results showed that tension has no obvious effect on LOI value of the fireproof fabric,while processing temperature and time have significant effect on LOI.Processing temperature has the greatest effect on tensile breaking strength of the fireproof fabric,followed by tension,and time has minimal effect.The fabric processed at 240 ℃ under a tension of 4 N for 42 min had optimal comprehensive properties.
