深井厚冲积层软岩马头门稳定性控制技术研究

摘    要:基于深井厚冲积层软岩巷道稳定性较差,遇水风化软化严重,易发生塑性变形和流变的现象,针对处于高应力区、岩层节理裂隙发育的赵楼矿,为了保证处于不稳定冲积层软岩中马头门的稳定,提出了高强让压锚杆+锚索+锚注+喷射混凝土和浇灌钢筋混凝土联合支护加固。马头门施工后矿压监测锚杆和锚索受力最大值为56和108kN,具有足够的安全余量;混凝土最大应变变化值为31×10^-6,基本稳定处于安全状态,显著地改善了围岩的受力状态,提高了支护结构的承载能力,控制了围岩的变形,有效解决了深井厚冲积层马头门的稳定性控制问题,保证了巷道围岩和支护结构的共同稳定。

Abstract:Due to the deep mine poor stability of the soft rock roadway in a thick alluvium,serious weathered and weaken when met with water,easy occurred plastic deformation and rheology phenomenon,according to Zhaolou Mine in a high stress area and with the joint and crack developed rock strata,in order to ensure the stability of the ingate in the unstable Alluvium soft rock,a combined support system with high strength yielding bolt+anchor+bolt grouting+shotcreting and site pouring reinforced concrete was provided for the reinforcement of the ingate.After the reinforcement of the ingate conducted,the max stressed value of the bolt and anchor measured would be 56 kN and 108 kN individually and would have a sufficient safety margins.The max strain varied value of the concrete would be 31×10-6,would be in a safety status basically,would remarkably improve the stressed status of the surrounding rock,could improve the bearing capacity of the support structure and could control the deformation of the surrounding rock.Thus the stability control problem of the ingate in thick Alluvium of the deep mine could be effectively solved.The stability of the roadway surrounding rock and the support structure could be ensured.
