羟基磷灰石/聚丙烯腈光接枝复合膜的制备与表征

摘    要:本文旨在通过紫外光接枝法改善复合材料中羟基磷灰石与聚丙烯腈间的界面结合性。采用丙烯酸对羟基磷灰石进行表面改性,且经紫外光引发含有不饱和双键的改性羟基磷灰石接枝到聚丙烯腈上而复合成膜,并与共混复合膜进行对比。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和差热分析对改性羟基磷灰石和改性羟基磷灰石/聚丙烯腈复合膜进行表征。分析了复合膜的强力和吸附性能。改性羟基磷灰石在1631cm-1处出现的-C=O振动峰表明羟基磷灰石与丙烯酸发生酯化反应而实现表面改性。改性羟基磷灰石呈纳米级均匀地包埋于聚丙烯腈基质中。改性羟基磷灰石/聚丙烯腈光接枝复合膜的强力大于共混复合膜,吸附量略小于共混复合膜。

Abstract:The aim of this study is to improve the interface compatibility between hydroxyapatite and polyacrylonitrile in the composite.Surface modification of hydroxyapatite using acrylic acid is performed.The composite film is prepared via phografting the modified hydroxyapatite containing unsaturated double bond onto the polyacrylonitrile which is compared with the blended film.The modified hydroxyapatite and modified hydroxyapatite/polyacrylonitrile comoposite films are characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and differential thermal analysis.The appearance of —C-O vibration peak at 1 631 cm-1 confirms the surface modification of hydroxyapatite via esterification of hydroxyapatite and acrylic acid.Well-dispersed nanoscale particles of the modified hydroxyapatite are embedded in polyacrylonitrile substrate.The tensile strength of polyacrylonitrile/modified hydroxyapatite photografting composite film is higher than the blended one except the adsorption capacity.
