锚杆支护煤巷冒顶成因分类新方法

摘    要:通过对162起锚杆支护煤巷冒顶事故实例的分析研究,提出了以巷道冒顶控制为目标的新的锚杆支护煤巷冒顶成因分类标准及方法,即把冒顶成因分成四大类、12个亚类.4个大类分别为岩层组合劣化型、岩层结构缺陷型、应力突变型和施工不良型.其中岩层组合劣化型占事故总数的66%,是引起冒顶事故的主要原因,所以,如何有效地防治岩层组合劣化型冒顶是保证锚杆支护煤巷安全的首要任务.最后提出了防治锚杆支护煤巷冒顶的技术途径.

Abstract:By analyzing 162 roof falling accidents on bolt supporting roadway,according to the reason of roof falling,a new way of genetic classification on roof falling of bolt supporting was brought out which aims at controlling roof.That is,roof falling was divided into 4 big kinds,12 next kinds,and those 4 kinds are: compound deterioration,structure flaw,stress catastrophe and construction bad.Among those into 4 kinds of roof falling,compound deterioration of roof strata was the major reason,and reaches 66%,so how to prevent this type of roof falling is the first task of safety assurance.Finally technological methods were brought out to prevent roof falling on bolt support mining roadway.
