闽南风柜斗草化学成分预试验

摘    要:目的:初步判断了风柜斗草中主要化学成分的类型。方法:采用中药化学成分系统预试验等方法,对风柜斗草的水提取液、乙醇提取液及石油醚提取液进行分析研究,通过沉淀反应、颜色反应及薄层色谱法进行分析鉴别。结果:风柜斗草含有多糖类、氨基酸类、酚类、黄酮类、有机酸以及甾体皂苷等成分。结论:通过对风柜斗草化学成分分析,将为进一步确定其活性部位,开发利用风柜斗草提供实验依据。

Abstract:objecttive: Preliminary determination of the main chemical components of sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall. Meth- ods:The chemical components of sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall were extracted by water, alcohol and ether, respectively,and then identified by precipiration reactions,color reactions and thin layer chromatography.Results:The chemical components identified belonged to flavonoid,polysaccharides,aminoacids,phenols,organie acids and steroidal saponins,respeetively.Con- clusion: This study will contribute to clarification of the bioactive parts and the development of sareopyramis nepalensis Wall.
