富春江水电站左岸微波山泥石流特性与治理措施研究

摘    要:2009年08月13日晚,受台风"莫拉克"影响,富春江电站左岸微波山发生泥石流灾害。虽然此次泥石流灾害未造成人员伤亡及大的财产损失,但严重威胁沟口富春江电站开关站、水泵房、码头及消防管路的安全,给水电站的正常运行造成巨大的安全隐患。现场勘察获得流域的地形地质信息,结合当地的气象及水文资料,并查阅相关资料获取流域的地质活动情况,在此基础上分析泥石流的形成条件及过程,并分析富春江电站泥石流的发展趋势,提出有效的防治措施,为水电站的正常施工及运行提供保障。

Research on the Characteristics and Control Measures of FuchunRiver Hydropower Station Debris Flow on Left Bank Weibo Mountain

Abstract:On the night of August 13 , 2009 ,under the influence of Typhoon Morakot , a debris flow disaster occurred in Wei-bo mountain which located on the left bank of Fuchunjiang Hydropower station .The debris flow disaster did not cause casualties and great losses , but it posed serious threats to the switching station ,water pump room , wharf and fire fighting pipeline of Fuchunjiang Hydropower station , at the same time , it posed great potential safety hazard to the normal operation of the station . Based on the terrain and geological information acquired by the field investigation , combined with local meteorological data , hydrological data and geological history data , the formation conditions and process of the occurred debris flow is analysed , and the development trend of debris flow in Wei-bo mountain is predicted , then the effective prevention measures are proposed which are to provide guarantee for the construction and normal operation of Fuchunjiang Hydropower station .
