国内“双加速”阶段的城镇群发展路径与策略研究

经过三十年城镇化与工业化的高速发展,国内长三角、珠三角等地区已初步形成相对成熟的城镇群体空间。与此同时,在中西部地区,城镇群尚处于城镇化与工业化的加速发展阶段。本文通过对珠三角发展历程的回顾,归纳提出城镇群不同阶段的关注重点与应对策略,同时,文章以湖南邵阳东部城镇群为例,提出"双加速"阶段的城镇群要以推进城镇化进程和实现城乡一体化发展为"双路径",来应对区域外部的竞争与挑战,实现城乡区域的快速、持续与公平发展。

Development Path and Strategy of Urban Agglomeration in the Phase of Industrialization and Urbanization

After thirty years of urbanization and industrialization, the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, have initially formed Relatively mature urban agglomerations. At the same time, in the central and western regions of China, urban agglomerations are still in the phase of industrialization and urbanization. On the basis of a review of the course of development in the Pearl River Delta, this article summarized the focus and development strategy of urban agglomeration in different Phases. Taking the case study of urban agglomeration in the east of Shaoyang, this article points out that In order to respond to competitive challenges the and achieve rapid, sustained and equitable development, the urban agglomeration should be on the double-path to urbanization and urban-rural integration.
