GH2871合金的研制及其组织与性能

摘    要:介绍了一种含0.5%左右Nb和1%左右W的15Cr-25Ni-2Ti-1.5Mo铁基高温合金(GH2871合金)的研制及其组织与性能。结果表明:由于Nb、W、Mo等高熔点低自扩散系数的组分进入了该合金MC、γ′相,改善了组织、增加了γ′相的数量和提高其稳定性,起到了良好的强韧化作用,从而大幅度提高了持久寿命和疲劳强度。与国内外同类合金相比,该合金具有更好的综合性能。

Abstract:An iron-base superalloy 15Cr-25Ni-2Ti-l. 5Mo(alloy GH2871),which contains about 0. 5% Nb and l%W,has been developed and its structure and properties are investigated in this paper. The results show that the stress rupture life and fatigue strength are improved on large scale because alloying elements Nb,W,Mo,whose melting-point are higher and self-diffusion coefficient are lower, enter MC and r' phase to ameliorate structure and make r' phase increase in amount and stability, strengthening and toughening the alloy well. Compared with the same kind alloys at home and abroad,this alloy shows better combined properties.
