| 摘 要： | 目前我国建筑企业面临着如何吸引人才、留住人才以及激励人才为企业目标而努力工作的激励问题。本文从激励的机理和机制两个方面对激励理论展开了阐述,并结合建筑企业的激励实践进行了讨论,总结了建筑企业的激励机制选择问题,最后讨论了企业激励存在的问题。本文的研究有助于我们系统地了解激励理论,指导建筑企业的激励实践。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the construction enterprises in China are faced with the incentive problems of recruiting,retaining and motivating talents.In this paper,we dissertate the incentive theory systematically from the perspectives of incentive function and incentive mechanism,and discuss the practice of construction enterprises.Then,we summarize the problem of choosing incentive mechanism of construction enterprises.Lastly,we investigate the existing incentive problems of enterprise.The study can help us know the incentive theory systematically and guide the incentive practice of construction enterprises. |
