| 摘 要： | 如何正确理解核心竞争力是企业推行战略决策、寻找自身优势、积极参加国际化竞争所必须。然而诸多学者对核心竞争力的定义和解释的观点不尽相同,使企业管理者准确理解核心竞争力内涵产生困难。本文从分析各观点的异同点出发,指出影响核心竞争力建立起决定作用因素的特点,以便企业管理决策者能有效地找出和培育本企业的核心竞争力。
