| 摘 要： | 简述了配煤技术、粒度级配技术以及新型添加剂对煤气化水煤浆成浆性能的影响,并分析了水煤浆提浓及对装置运行的影响。以某公司30万t/a煤制甲醇为例,经计算分析,水煤浆浓度每提高1%,可直接带来近千万元的利润,经济效益相当可观。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses and summarizes the effects of coal blending technology,particle size distribution technology and new additives on the slurry performance of coal-water slurry(CWS)from coal gasification are briefly described,and the influence of CWS concentration on the operation of the plant is analyzed.Taking the methanol production from 300000 tons of coal per year in a company as an example,this paper calculates and analyses that every 1% increase in the concentration of coal water slurry can directly bring about a profit of nearly 10 million yuan,with considerable economic benefits. |
