| 摘 要： | 青阳岔—靖边工业园天然气输气管道是位于陕西省靖边县境内的长距离天然气输气管道,线路总长约34.4km。为满足管线安全生产和科学管理的需求,对非正常情况能够迅速做出准确处理及判断,工程采用SCADA监控系统,并由SCADA系统完成一级控制。该系统可以在末站调度中心实现对全线的监控和管理,操作人员在末站调度中心通过该系统可对各站场、阀室进行监控和运行管理,对管线的安全稳定运行及管理有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Qingyangcha-Jingbian Industrial Park natural gas pipeline is a long distance natural gas pipeline located in Jingbian County,Shaanxi Province,with a total length of 34.4 km.In order to meet the needs of safe production and scientific management of pipelines,the abnormal situation can be handled and judged quickly and accurately.SCADA monitoring system is used in the project,and the SCADA system completes the first-level control.The system can monitor and manage the whole line in the terminal dispatching center.Operators can monitor and manage the stations and valve rooms through the system.It plays an important role in the safe and stable operation and management of pipelines. |
