| 摘 要： | 结合呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司5080项目污水处理单元实际运行情况,分别通过投加活性炭粉,增加活性炭过滤罐,投加强氧化性脱色剂和增加臭氧催化氧化等方式降低生化处理后的含酚废水色度和COD,产水达到国家一级排放标准,并作为浊循环系统补水,完善项目零排放体系。

| Abstract: | In combination with the actual operation of the sewage treatment unit 1 of Hulunbeier Jinxin Chemical Co.,Ltd.5080 project,the activated carbon powder was added,the activated carbon filter tank was added,the oxidative decolorizer was added,and the catalytic oxidation of ozone was added to reduce the biochemical treatment.The color and COD of phenol wastewater,the water production reached the national first-class discharge standard,and as the turbid circulation system to replenish water,improve the zero emission system of the project. |
